MOCCA point of sale allows companies to create a cashless environment for enhanced security within the workplace. The cashless canteen management software was originally designed to work with touch screens, however, it can be adapted to work with a keyboard and mouse and is capable of access control integration. Mocca Till is geared towards biometric POS scanning, scanning of access control cards and RFID cards. Having many payment options available to the client increases the flexibility and adaptability of MOCCA into any environment and makes the identification process and the management of cashless canteens quick and easy.
Our cashless POS speeds up transactions of canteen lunches and reduces queues by using the least number of processes necessary for each transaction. With card-based scanning, the typical transaction time can be as low as 4-5 seconds, making this an efficient canteen meal sales solution.
MOCCA is suitable for both small and large companies and has been successfully installed in both environments. Smaller companies may only need to service a handful of people in a day whereas the larger environments could be servicing up to 18 000 canteen meals per day. Mocca canteen point of sale is adjustable to any environment due to the fact that we use a modular design. Clients have different needs and we cater for these varying requirements by developing modules (Stock module / admin module etc) suitable to each unique client. Mocca was originally built as a point of sale system for corporate canteens and self serve kiosks but we have tweaked the system for use as a tuck shop point of sale and coffee shops as well. MOCCA Excel Reports Module
We have a reports module with the MOCCA system that is flexible and suitable to each client's needs. The fixed reports such as stock takes will be presented in PDF. We present reports that require pivot tables to enable data manipulation and deeper data analysing in Excel e.g. Finance reports. Our flexible architecture allows for reports to be added via email without the need for report updates. The standard SLA includes custom reports specific to a unique customer’s requirements without any extra costs.
Canteen cash-up reports, canteen sales reports, and canteen stock-take reports will keep your business running efficiently.
Meal Controller
The meal controller can work in 2 ways:
A) An individual/employee scans their card or fingerprint, and this will then print a slip. The slip with the meal option is then used in the collection of the meal.
B) An individual/employee scans their card or fingerprint which then allows access through a turn-style into the canteen. This is a type of meal access control.
- This is an easy and effective way to make sure a large number of individuals receive meals in a short space of time.
- The meal controller allows one to set groups with different rules i.e. different meal options. Groups can be set in a number of ways.
- The meal controller can work as a stand alone unit or can work alongside a canteen till and allows for full reporting.
- We are able to integrate this solution into existing access control systems already in place.
